Refunds without riddles
A refund is about whether we delivered the booked display time—not whether a billboard received a particular result.

Before review
A paid submission we reject under the Content Policy receives a full refund. You can cancel an unpaid hold at any time.
After approval
For an approved future paid booking, contact support@tolet.lol with your booking reference. We will apply the cancellation terms shown at checkout and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
When we fail
If a platform-caused failure prevents the approved billboard from being published for its booked time, we will offer rescheduling or a refund. Reduced traffic, clicks, sales, search ranking, or press coverage is not a publication failure.
How payments work
Stripe processes payments and refunds return to the original payment method where available. We do not make outcome-based refunds. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
